-Cousins Real Estate (Parkside division, Atlanta) demolished a 180,000 foot facility where CAC sold all interior components and infrastructure of the facility prior to demolition including: electrical, plumbing, heating, doors, sprinkler, ceiling, partitions, fencing, lighting etc. The net result: zero cost for demolishing the building.

- Large Law Firm Office: Equity Office Tenant. CAC sold over 4000 high end office furnishing assets for the largest law firm in Atlanta which had occupied the top 16 floors of 191 Peachtree (at the time an Equity Office property) accommodating an 8 week move schedule in conjunction with Law Firm’s movers while law firm was still operating in building. CAC coordinated all project aspects including sale, removal and security while abiding by facility regulations. Over $500,000 was raised by that sale. Equity Office then engaged CAC to use same process for additional 14 floors at 191 Peachtree.

- Large Retailer- Contracted to sell all assets of processing and 160,000 distribution facility in conjunction with relocation. Sold over 1400 assets and retail location fixtures. Tight timelines and coordination with corporate headquarters move accommodated.

- WGBH Boston contracted CAC to sell all remaining assets in four buildings in 30 days due to relocation to Brighton, MA. headquarters. CAC sold over 2600 assets: furniture broadcasting equipment, large dish antennas and data center; timeline met.
